Disk Tree is a 64-bit standalone app which was created for Linux Mint and the Cynnamon desktop.
It runs equally well under LMDE.
It may well run successfully on other Debian-compatible distros, but these have not been tested.
The app is supplied in the form of a ZIP file. This consists of a folder with the program (diskTreeLinux), together with complementary files. There is nothing to install. The ZIP file needs "extracting", and this can be done anywhere in your file system, wherever convenient. Just right-click on it, and select "Extract here" from the popup list. Inside the extracted folder, find the "diskTreeLinux" program file and double-click on it to execute. That's it! You're up and running.
Further details are given in the program HELP, which I suggest you have a look at immediately by clicking on the "?" icon.
